1. About These Terms
These Terms govern access to the ClicksBounty website and platform. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use & Traffic Policy. Approved affiliates also enter into the Affiliate Agreement. These baseline drafts remain subject to the unresolved operator decisions shown below; they do not establish an unidentified contracting party.
By accepting the published Terms, you agree to comply with them. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
2. About ClicksBounty
ClicksBounty is a performance marketing platform/network that may connect approved affiliates with performance-based campaigns and provide campaign information, tracking, reporting and related services. Campaigns may involve third-party advertisers, networks, providers or commercial partners. ClicksBounty does not necessarily own or operate the advertised products or services.
Operator: [Owner decision required: legalEntityName]. Trading name: ClicksBounty. Registered country: [Owner decision required: registeredCountry]. Registered address: [Owner decision required: registeredAddress].
3. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and meet applicable legal and campaign requirements. Any additional minimum applicant age remains an operator decision: [Owner decision required: minimumAffiliateAge]. Do not apply on behalf of someone else without authority.
4. Account Registration
Provide accurate and complete information, keep it current and respond honestly to reasonable verification requests. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade restrictions. Registration does not confer campaign access.
5. Account Security
Keep your credentials confidential and use appropriate care when accessing your account. You are responsible for activity you authorise. Notify ClicksBounty promptly through the contact route if you suspect unauthorised access. We will not ask you to send your password by email. Do not sell or transfer an account without written permission.
6. Affiliate Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. ClicksBounty may review information, request clarification or verification, approve or reject an application, or suspend its review. Do not promote campaigns until your account and the relevant campaign access are approved.
7. Platform Access
Access is limited to the functions and campaigns made available to your account. You may use the platform for legitimate participation in the network, subject to these Terms. Do not bypass access restrictions or share access to another party’s account.
8. Campaign Information
Campaign availability and requirements can change. Review current requirements before promotion and stop when a campaign is paused or a cap is reached. Campaign-specific rules take precedence for participation in that campaign, subject to mandatory law; they do not displace general network prohibitions. Review each campaign’s:
- GEO and targeting restrictions.
- Allowed and prohibited traffic sources.
- Conversion and validation requirements.
- Caps and availability.
- Approved creatives and advertising requirements.
- Payout and payment terms.
9. Acceptable Use
Follow the Acceptable Use & Traffic Policy. Fraud, spam, deceptive advertising, invalid traffic, interference with security and manipulation of tracking are prohibited. You remain responsible for the methods and placements you authorise.
Read the Acceptable Use & Traffic Policy10. Intellectual Property
ClicksBounty and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, marks and supplied materials. Access grants a limited permission to use them for authorised participation, not ownership. Do not copy, resell or modify protected materials beyond permission or applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services and Campaigns
Campaigns may originate from advertisers, networks, service providers or other commercial partners. ClicksBounty may provide access, tracking and reporting without operating the underlying offer. Third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those requirements; a link does not guarantee a third party’s performance or endorse every statement it makes.
12. Availability of the Platform
Maintenance, faults, security incidents and partner outages may interrupt services or reporting. We seek to address issues within our operational capabilities, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free tracking. Report discrepancies with enough detail for investigation without sending unnecessary personal data.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We may reasonably restrict access, pause campaigns, suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud or invalid traffic, security risks, legal requirements, material breach or risk to advertisers and the network. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow relevant information to be provided. Urgent protective action may occur first.
Payment review and any adjustments are governed primarily by the Affiliate Agreement. Restriction alone does not authorise confiscation of legitimate earned funds. You may request account closure through the contact route; surviving obligations and necessary records remain applicable.
14. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee campaign availability, acceptance, earnings or business outcomes. Information is operational guidance rather than an individual legal, tax or financial assessment. Nothing excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was entered into. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct, remains unaffected. No monetary liability cap has been adopted in this draft; a jurisdiction-specific allocation requires review.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable third-party claims and direct costs caused by your unlawful promotion, infringement or material breach. This does not cover loss caused by ClicksBounty’s own wrongdoing. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation and will not agree a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
17. Changes to the Service
We may change or discontinue platform features as operational needs evolve. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of changes that materially affect active participation. Changes do not retrospectively erase valid commission records or remove mandatory rights.
18. Changes to These Terms
Published versions identify their update and effective dates. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or an available account contact, with acceptance requested where required. Editorial corrections do not automatically require new acceptance. Earlier acceptance records remain associated with the version accepted.
19. Governing Law
Governing law: [Owner decision required: governingLaw]. Dispute forum or mechanism: [Owner decision required: disputeForum]. These decisions must be completed before launch. Nothing in the selected terms may remove mandatory protections applicable to a user. Please contact us first to seek a practical resolution, without limiting available legal remedies.
20. Contact
General support and legal enquiries: support@clicksbounty.com. Privacy enquiries: [Owner decision required: privacyEmail]. General support is available through the approved support address. The dedicated privacy contact remains an outstanding legal configuration decision. Do not include passwords or identity document attachments in ordinary enquiries.
