1. Agreement and Acceptance
This Agreement governs approved affiliates promoting campaigns through ClicksBounty, operated by [Owner decision required: legalEntityName]. It supplements the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use & Traffic Policy. Acceptance is recorded against the displayed document version. Approval and campaign authorisation are separate from acceptance.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
You must have legal capacity, authority for any organisation you represent and the ability to lawfully conduct your proposed promotion. Additional minimum age decision: [Owner decision required: minimumAffiliateAge]. Disclose material restrictions that affect eligibility.
3. Approval and Account Activation
Applications may be reviewed, verified, approved, rejected or held for further information. Approval is not promised. Begin promotion only after account activation and approval for the relevant campaign; account approval does not grant every campaign.
4. Affiliate Account
Keep contact, business and payment information accurate. Protect credentials, notify suspected compromise promptly and accept responsibility for activity you authorise. Do not sell, share or transfer your account without written permission.
5. Campaign Access
Access depends on campaign availability, your approval and current restrictions. Campaigns can be paused, capped or withdrawn. Affiliates use ClicksBounty access and tracking; no right to a third-party network account is granted.
6. Tracking Links
Use only authorised links and tracking methods for the approved campaign and account. Do not tamper with tracking, stuff cookies, fabricate clicks, create artificial conversions, use deceptive unauthorised redirects or manipulate attribution. Check destinations and report broken links promptly.
7. Traffic Sources
Disclose the sources and placements used for promotion and obtain approval when required. A traffic category available in the platform is not permission for every campaign. Stop traffic that no longer meets current campaign rules.
8. Advertising Standards
Advertising must be truthful, supported and lawful. Clearly disclose commercial relationships where required, and do not hide important conditions of an offer. You are responsible for the advertising and privacy requirements applicable to your audience and channels.
9. Leads and Conversions
A tracked event does not automatically create a finally payable commission. Events may be Pending, Approved, Rejected or Reversed. A commission becomes payable only under the applicable campaign validation and payment rules. Do not promise consumers acceptance or rewards the campaign does not provide.
10. Invalid Activity
Invalid activity includes the examples below. Traffic outside campaign requirements may be invalid without being deliberate fraud. A duplicate is not automatically fraud; campaign rules and evidence matter.
- Bots or automated traffic; fake leads or fabricated information.
- Duplicate or self-generated conversions where the campaign prohibits them.
- Unauthorised incentives, cookie stuffing or manipulated attribution.
- Misleading promotion, spam or prohibited brand bidding.
- Fraudulent transactions or traffic that violates campaign requirements.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Do not impersonate a consumer or advertiser, misuse personal information, bypass access controls, conceal prohibited placements or obstruct review. Do not introduce malware, exploit tracking defects or ask others to complete artificial actions.
12. Campaign-Specific Rules
Review GEO, allowed and prohibited traffic, targeting, caps, conversion requirements, creative restrictions and special payout terms before sending traffic. More restrictive campaign requirements apply in addition to network policies. Request clarification before promotion when requirements are unclear.
13. Creatives and Brand Assets
Use current authorised creatives only within the campaign permission. Do not alter claims, terms, branding or destinations without approval. Stop using withdrawn assets. Permission ends when campaign access ends, except where expressly agreed otherwise.
14. Sub-Affiliates
Do not distribute campaigns to undisclosed sub-affiliates or resellers unless ClicksBounty has expressly approved the arrangement. Any approval may require source disclosure, equivalent compliance duties and monitoring. You remain responsible for promotion you authorise and must cooperate in investigating it.
15. Tracking and Attribution
ClicksBounty associates authorised redirects with affiliates and campaigns and processes partner conversion notifications. Attribution depends on valid identifiers, campaign rules and available evidence. Browser restrictions, partner failures and technical errors can affect measurement. Do not put sensitive personal information into tracking parameters; report discrepancies for investigation.
16. Reporting
Reports show operational records and may change during validation. Pending balances are provisional. Keep your own lawful promotion records and raise discrepancies with campaign, transaction and date details. Reporting does not guarantee payment before validation.
17. Commissions
Your entitlement is the affiliate payout or commission displayed or separately agreed for your ClicksBounty participation, subject to validation and campaign rules. Upstream campaign payouts received by ClicksBounty are distinct from your affiliate commission; you are not automatically entitled to the full upstream amount. Rate changes should be communicated before they apply to future qualifying activity.
18. Conversion Review
ClicksBounty may seek campaign partner confirmation and relevant source evidence to validate conversions. Reviews should be proportionate and based on campaign criteria. Respond to reasonable requests, using secure channels for sensitive material. Undisputed eligible amounts should remain distinguishable from amounts under review.
19. Reversals and Adjustments
A commission may be adjusted or reversed for advertiser or network rejection, an invalid lead, a duplicate transaction where excluded, fraud, applicable refunds or chargebacks, campaign-rule violations or a tracking error. Rejection should relate to the applicable validation criteria, not simply justify withholding legitimate funds.
Maintain transaction history and corresponding ledger adjustments rather than silently erasing financial records. You may request the reason and provide contrary evidence through support. Corrections to paid balances must be explained and handled under applicable rules and law.
20. Payment Eligibility
Payment requires an approved payable balance meeting the configured minimum, accurate supported payment details and completion of necessary verification. A proportionate hold may apply to disputed activity, security concerns or legal requirements; the reason should be communicated where lawful. Holds must be reviewed and released or resolved when their grounds no longer apply.
21. Payment Schedule
Payment schedule: [Owner decision required: affiliatePaymentSchedule]. Minimum payment threshold: [Owner decision required: minimumPayment]. Supported methods: [Owner decision required: supportedPaymentMethods]. Currency, fees and conversion treatment: [Owner decision required: paymentCurrencyAndFees]. These are launch blockers until selected and disclosed. No NET schedule is implied. Eligible balances below the threshold carry forward subject to the agreed closure process and applicable law.
22. Payment Information
Supply correct payment recipient details through an authorised channel and promptly report changes. Payment provider processing or verification may affect delivery. Applicable fees and exchange-rate treatment must be disclosed before payment, not introduced as unexplained deductions. Never send credentials or full financial account secrets through support messages.
23. Taxes
You are responsible for taxes, registrations and reporting applicable to your own activity. ClicksBounty may request information or apply withholding where legally required and will provide applicable records. Local tax allocation and invoicing requirements must be confirmed before launch; no particular tax jurisdiction is assumed.
24. Compliance Reviews
We may request proportionate evidence of placements, permissions and traffic quality, with access limited to relevant review purposes. Protect consumer information and provide only what is necessary. Refusal to provide reasonably necessary evidence may affect campaign access or validation of the activity under review.
25. Suspension
We may suspend accounts or campaign access for suspected invalid activity, security risks, legal requirements or material breach. Where lawful and practicable, we will provide the reason and an opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be needed to protect others. Suspension alone does not forfeit legitimate approved commissions.
26. Termination
Either party may request termination through the account contact route. Stop promotion and use of assets when authorisation ends. Outstanding conversions remain subject to validation and legitimate eligible balances remain due under the payment rules. Necessary audit records, confidentiality, accrued rights and provisions intended to survive remain effective.
27. Confidentiality
Protect non-public campaign terms, access credentials, partner information and operational data received through participation. Use them only for authorised purposes and disclose only to authorised persons with a need to know. This does not restrict public information, independently obtained information or legally required disclosure; give notice where lawful.
28. Intellectual Property
Each party retains its pre-existing rights. Campaign asset permissions are limited, revocable within campaign terms and do not confer ownership. You must have rights to your promotional content and must not infringe the rights of advertisers, consumers or other parties.
29. Representations
You represent that your application and review responses are accurate, you have authority to participate, and your promotion will comply with applicable law and campaign requirements. You do not act as ClicksBounty’s employee or agent and cannot bind ClicksBounty or an advertiser without express authority.
30. Disclaimers
No level of traffic, conversion volume, earnings or continuous campaign availability is guaranteed. Third-party products and services remain subject to their providers’ responsibilities. Disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove non-excludable rights.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses not reasonably foreseeable when agreeing to participate. Non-excludable liability, including applicable liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct, is preserved. No monetary liability cap has been selected; local review is required. Valid accrued payment obligations remain subject to this Agreement.
32. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable third-party claims and direct costs caused by your unlawful advertising, infringement or material breach, excluding losses caused by ClicksBounty’s own wrongdoing. Reasonable notice, cooperation and an opportunity to participate in the response must be provided. A settlement imposing obligations on you requires your consent, not unreasonably withheld.
33. Changes
New versions identify their effective dates. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or account contact; where flagged as requiring reacceptance, a new acceptance will be requested before further campaign participation. Typographical changes do not automatically trigger this requirement. Existing audit records and accrued rights are preserved.
34. Governing Law
Governing law: [Owner decision required: governingLaw]. Dispute mechanism: [Owner decision required: disputeForum]. These require an operator decision before launch. Contact support to attempt a practical resolution; mandatory rights and available lawful remedies remain unaffected.
35. Contact
Affiliate and payment enquiries: support@clicksbounty.com. Privacy enquiries: [Owner decision required: privacyEmail]. Include your affiliate identifier and relevant campaign or transaction references, but do not send passwords or ID documents by ordinary email.
