1. Purpose
This Policy sets network standards for campaign promotion and use of ClicksBounty. It applies alongside the Terms and Affiliate Agreement. Campaign-specific requirements apply in addition to these network policies.
2. General Standard
Use truthful, lawful and transparent promotion. Respect consumer choice, privacy and intellectual property. You are responsible for the traffic and placements you authorise and for keeping your disclosed sources accurate.
3. Campaign Rules
Check allowed and prohibited traffic, GEO, targeting, conversion criteria, caps, restrictions and special terms before promoting. Campaign requirements may be stricter than network standards. If permission is unclear, ask before sending traffic; silence does not grant approval.
4. Permitted Traffic
Traffic categories may include the following. Each is permitted only when the individual campaign allows it; a category listed on ClicksBounty does not mean every campaign accepts it.
- Search
- Social
- Native
- Display
- Content / SEO
- Mobile
- Contextual
- Influencer
5. Restricted Traffic
Traffic requiring prior approval must not run until approval is received for that campaign and source. New placements, redirects, sub-affiliate distribution and specialised formats may require review. Restrictions on one campaign cannot be inferred from permissions on another.
6. Prohibited Traffic and Conduct
Do not use fake leads, fabricated information, bots, fraudulent transactions, malware, spam, cookie stuffing or attribution manipulation. Do not bypass GEO or campaign restrictions, conceal sources, impersonate others or use unauthorised incentives. Duplicate or self-generated events are prohibited where campaign rules exclude them; a duplicate is not automatically fraud.
7. Search Advertising
Follow campaign-specific search rules, including restrictions on brand terms, trademarks, misspellings, display URLs, ad copy and direct linking. Direct linking is allowed only if the campaign permits it. Do not use a misleading display URL or imply that your advertisement is the advertiser’s official site.
9. Email Marketing
Use lawful, permission-based email marketing only where the campaign allows email. Spam and unsolicited bulk messages are prohibited. Follow applicable marketing and email laws for the audience, including relevant sender identification, consent and unsubscribe requirements. Do not assume one country’s rules apply everywhere.
10. Incentive Traffic
Incentive traffic is prohibited unless the individual campaign explicitly states it is permitted. Rewards, points, cash, access or other benefits offered for completing actions can be incentives. Where allowed, follow the campaign’s exact reward, disclosure and validation conditions; do not invent a reward the campaign does not honour.
11. Creatives
Use approved, current creatives and accurate offer conditions. Obtain approval for material modifications, claims or landing pages where required. Remove withdrawn content promptly. Approval does not excuse a statement you know is false.
12. Brand Bidding
Do not bid on advertiser brands, trademarks, confusing variations or misspellings unless expressly allowed by campaign rules. Follow any competitor-keyword and negative-keyword requirements. Generic search permission does not establish brand-bidding permission.
13. Lead Quality
Leads must come from real people making a genuine qualifying choice and satisfy campaign criteria. Do not fabricate data, reuse another person’s information or submit leads on a person’s behalf without authorisation. Maintain relevant source evidence without collecting unnecessary identity or sensitive information.
14. Automated Activity
Do not generate clicks, leads or conversions through bots, scripts, device farms or automated browsing. Legitimate campaign-management tools do not authorise artificial events. Any tracking test must use an approved test process and must not be passed off as payable consumer activity.
15. Misleading Advertising
False claims, fake endorsements, fake urgency, false scarcity, impersonation, misleading government affiliation, deceptive buttons, fabricated reviews and unauthorised product claims are prohibited. Clearly present material price, eligibility and offer conditions. Do not disguise a subscription, download or purchase as something else.
16. Compliance Monitoring
ClicksBounty may review traffic patterns, campaign records and relevant placement evidence, and seek partner feedback. Provide proportionate evidence on request. Monitoring does not transfer responsibility for your advertising to ClicksBounty or promise that every violation will be detected.
17. Violations
We may pause traffic or campaigns, restrict access or suspend or terminate an account to address violations and risks. Where lawful and practicable we will explain concerns and consider your response. Payment validation and justified adjustments follow the Affiliate Agreement; a policy concern does not itself erase legitimate funds.
18. Reporting Concerns
Report suspected abuse with the campaign identifier, URL and relevant timing through support. Do not include unnecessary consumer data or attempt to exploit an issue to prove it. Stop affected promotion when required while a material concern is investigated.
19. Updates
Review the current version and campaign notices. Material network-policy changes will be communicated through the platform or account contact where appropriate. Campaign-specific changes may require faster action to stop non-compliant traffic.
20. Contact
Traffic and compliance enquiries: support@clicksbounty.com. Privacy concerns: [Owner decision required: privacyEmail]. Ask for clarification before promoting when a restriction is uncertain.

8. Social Media
Follow the campaign and social platform’s rules. Make required commercial disclosures clear in the promotion itself, and do not impersonate advertisers or fabricate engagement, endorsements or reviews. An account bio disclosure may not be sufficient for individual promotional content.
